McDonald’s Southwest franchises needed a way of engaging employees to help them understand hospitality, the food, and where it comes from. They needed to inspire employees to get involved at work and show the passion that has made McDonald’s an internationally recognized brand for 60+ years.

The Solution: I Am a Brand Ambassador.

The Fowler Group developed a multi-piece Brand Ambassador kit for McDonald’s Southwest Region to give employees a better understanding of the company, its food, and its mission for service. The goal was to inspire and motivate employees to get involved at work through a visual checklist and reward system that turned everyday employees into McDonald’s Brand Ambassadors.

What started as a test launch in a few stores, soon expanded into more than 100 franchises across the Southwest. The Brand Ambassador program motivated employees to succeed and showed customers that McDonald’s has a heart for service and quality.
